Mesotherapy is the best-kept beauty secret in Europe. It is used in mainstream medicine, sports injuries as well as skin rejuvenation. Mesotherapy is a treatment in which multiple micro-injections are delivered into the mesodermal layer of tissue under the skin to restore plumpness and volume to areas such as the face, eye area, neck and décolletage.
A local anaesthetic is applied for approximately 30 minutes before your treatment to ensure your comfort. The Mesotherapy treatment itself takes 30 minutes.
Ageing skin, the under eye area, fat pads, stretch marks, cellulite and small fat deposits can all be treated by Mesotherapy.
Each issue will have a bespoke mixture of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and amino acids to deal with it.
Mesotherapy treatment can be used for rejuvenation of the face, hands and décolletage. After treatment, the skin looks much healthier, smoother, more even toned and younger. It is a great treatment for anyone concerned with the management of ageing skin.
Mesotherapy has proven successful making you look less tired by reducing the fat or puffy areas found beneath the eyes. It can usually delay, or avoid the need for more invasive surgery of fat pads (lower eyelid blepharoplasty) and the possible complications associated with surgery.
Mesotherapy results depend on the amount of the fat/cellulite/skin to be treated which varies from person to person. Some people see results after a single treatment session, whilst most will require 3-5 treatments to notice results.
Treatment can begin on the same day as the initial consultation and you can usually return to work immediately afterwards. Side effects include mild redness, swelling and possible bruising but these will resolve after a few days.
